I order to return an item, the product must be in its original packaging and not be opened or damaged in any way.
In order to return a product and request a refund proof of purchase must be presented, as well as your reason for the return. This can be done by sending an email to thebiologistcosmetics@gmail.com to request the refund or exchange. We will then send details of where to send the product for return to. The customer is responsible for the paying shipping costs of the return. We will then inspect and evaluate the product to ensure it meets our requirements for returns. We will then send an email with our response. If accepted, we will contact you via email to arrange the refund via electronic funds transfer. Shipping costs are non-refundable and when refunded for a purchase, shipping costs will be deducted.
Exchanges are only offered in the case of damaged or defective goods. To request an exchange please email thebiologistcosmetics@gmail.com and we will assist as soon as possible. Please note: Products must be in their original packaging in order to be exchanged
